WHAT'S BREWING IN THE DRAGON'S KITCHEN?

Chinese gastronomy, along with french and italian ones, is among the richest and most superb in the World but unluckily the thousands chinese restaurants in Europe usually offer the poor image of cheap exported food.

This event will offer to the westerns a unique occasion of appreciating this true highly sophisticated gastronomy: the Hong Kong kermesse at Pralormo Castle is meant to give the possibility of switching people from the cheap idea to the true one by offering a selection of highly professional choices of chefs coming from Hong Kong, the world-wide-known capital of asian food.

The finest chinese regional dinners will be prepared by Hong Kong chefs, special guests at the castle. Chef Kumalè, well-known journalist with world-food expertise and cosmopolitan gourmet, will introduce each chef's masterpiece.

At lunch-time, our visitors will also appreciate a selection of chinese typical recipes prepared by the best italian chinese restaurants and offered in their traditional names.

Last but not least, the chinese street-food popular tradition will be alive in the park alleys.

Sponsored by "The Gate Agency" of the town of Turin, a parallel photo-gallery of asian market in Turin and its equivalent in Hong Kong will offer an amazing experience.

The "final fire-work" of the food section will be a gourmet tour in Hong Kong meant to explore the finest and the truest Hong Kong food traditions.
